About Us

Olimpo Realty LLC. was established four years ago in New Castle County, Delaware. Its founder Julio Juan, has a wealth of experience in Real Estate as he has taken numerous seminars in the field of Real Estate while working in the most prestigious Real Estate companies of the Nation.

Olimpo Realty’s goal is to serve the Public by providing the best and most advanced technological tools available in the Real Estate market. We believe that the best way to serve home buyers and sellers is to give them the information necessary for them to take the most appropriate decision.

The name Olimpo, Spanish for Olympus, has a symbolic meaning. Olimpo’s name derives from the Greek mythology. In Greek mythology it is said that the Mount Olympus is where the Gods resided.

We are located at 1707 W. Gilpin Dr. in New Castle County, Delaware off Route 141 and near the intersection of Rt. 34 (Faulkland Rd). Our office is conveniently located just 4 miles from Interstate 95

About Julio Juan

Julio is a Real Estate Broker and has been full time in Real Estate for the last 25 years. He is native from Argentina, and speaks fluent Spanish. He is a member of the New Castle County Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He is active in the Latin American Community of Delaware and was the founder of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Delaware. He has been the President of the Chamber for 7 years. He is presently involved in many Community Organizations and was appointed by the Governor to serve as a Board member of the Workforce Investment Corporation.

He works full time in Real Estate serving Delaware and Pennsylvania. His focus is to “serve the public” in all the Real Estate needs.
